Common questions
When can I get Mia?
Mia is coming to the App Store for iPhone soon, with Google Play to follow. Keep agentplutus.com/mia/get: once she’s live, it takes your phone straight to the right store.
Is Mia free?
Yes. Every day you get one free three-card reading and five free messages with Mia, across follow-ups and asking her directly. This version has no purchases or subscriptions.
When you’ve used today’s reading, the home screen tells you when the next one opens.
Which languages does Mia speak?
Mia reads and talks in 20 languages. You choose the app’s language and your reading language separately, and saved readings keep the language they were written in.
How do I sign in?
With Sign in with Apple. Mia doesn’t ask Apple for your name or email address, and there’s no password to remember.
Mia remembered something wrong. Can I fix it?
Yes. Open Me → What Mia remembers. You can correct or forget any note there, or choose “Forget everything”. Your readings stay in your journey either way.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Me → Account and privacy → Delete account and confirm with Sign in with Apple. Your account, readings and everything Mia remembers are removed from our active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days, and we revoke the app’s Sign in with Apple authorization.
If you only want a fresh start, Clear reading history on the same page removes your readings and keeps your account.
Are the readings predictions?
No. Mia’s readings are written by AI for reflection and entertainment. They can help you think something through, but they aren’t medical, legal or financial advice, and decisions are yours.
What happens to my questions?
They’re saved to your account so Mia can remember you, and sent to our AI model provider to write your reading. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what’s kept, where, and for how long.

什么时候能用上弥鸦？
弥鸦即将登陆 iPhone 的 App Store，Google Play 版随后推出。请收藏 agentplutus.com/mia/get：上线后，它会把你的手机直接带到对应的应用商店。
弥鸦免费吗？
免费。每天你可以免费做一次三张牌解读，并和弥鸦免费聊五条消息（追问和直接问她都算在内）。这个版本没有任何购买或订阅。
当天的解读用完后，首页会告诉你下一次什么时候开放。
弥鸦支持哪些语言？
弥鸦能用 20 种语言解读和聊天。应用界面语言和解读语言可以分别选择，已保存的解读会保留写下时的语言。
怎么登录？
使用“通过 Apple 登录”。弥鸦不会向 Apple 索取你的姓名或邮箱，也不需要记密码。
弥鸦记错了，可以改吗？
可以。打开 我的 → 弥鸦记得的事，你可以修改或忘掉任何一条笔记，也可以选择“全部忘记”。无论哪种方式，你的解读都会留在旅途中。
怎么删除账号？
前往 我的 → 账号与隐私 → 删除账号，并通过 Apple 登录确认。你的账号、解读和弥鸦记得的一切会在 30 天内从我们的在用系统中删除，90 天内从备份中删除；我们也会撤销本应用的 Apple 登录授权。
如果只是想重新开始，同一页面的 清空解读历史 会删除你的解读，保留账号。
解读是预言吗？
不是。弥鸦的解读由 AI 撰写，用于自我反思和娱乐。它可以帮你把事情想清楚，但不构成医疗、法律或财务建议，决定始终由你自己做。
我的问题会被怎样处理？
它们会保存到你的账号里，让弥鸦记得你；同时发送给我们的 AI 模型服务商来撰写解读。隐私政策详细说明了保存什么、存在哪里、保存多久。

ミアはいつ使えますか？
まもなくiPhone向けにApp Storeで公開し、Google Play版もそのあとに続きます。agentplutus.com/mia/get を保存しておいてください。公開されたら、お使いのスマートフォンに合ったストアへそのまま移動します。
ミアは無料ですか？
はい。毎日、3枚引きのリーディングが1回と、ミアとのメッセージが5通まで無料です（追加の質問も、ミアへの直接の質問も含みます）。このバージョンには購入やサブスクリプションはありません。
その日のリーディングを使ったあとは、次に受けられる時間をホーム画面でお知らせします。
どの言語に対応していますか？
ミアは20の言語でリーディングと会話ができます。アプリの表示言語とリーディングの言語は別々に選べて、保存したリーディングは書かれたときの言語のまま残ります。
サインインの方法は？
「Appleでサインイン」を使います。ミアはAppleに名前やメールアドレスを求めず、覚えておくパスワードもありません。
ミアが間違って覚えています。直せますか？
はい。マイページ → ミアが覚えていること を開くと、どのメモも直したり忘れさせたりでき、「すべて忘れる」も選べます。どちらの場合も、リーディングは旅の記録に残ります。
アカウントを削除するには？
マイページ → アカウントとプライバシー → アカウントを削除 を開き、「Appleでサインイン」で確認します。アカウント、リーディング、ミアが覚えていることは30日以内に稼働中のシステムから、90日以内にバックアップから削除され、本アプリの「Appleでサインイン」の承認も取り消されます。
やり直したいだけなら、同じ画面の リーディング履歴を消去 で、アカウントを残したままリーディングを消せます。
リーディングは予言ですか？
いいえ。ミアのリーディングは、自分を見つめ直すため、そして楽しむためにAIが書いたものです。考えを整理する助けにはなりますが、医療・法律・金融のアドバイスではありません。決めるのはあなた自身です。
質問はどう扱われますか？
ミアがあなたを覚えておけるようにアカウントに保存され、リーディングを書くためにAIモデルの提供元へ送られます。何を、どこに、どれくらいの期間保存するかはプライバシーポリシーで詳しく説明しています。
